VapesB2B operates as a business-to-business (B2B) platform.
By registering, you confirm that:

  • You are acting on behalf of a registered business.
  • You comply with UK laws regarding the sale of vape products.
  • You and your business customers are over the age of 18.

We reserve the right to approve or reject account applications at our discretion.


2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to approval by VapesB2B.
  • We accept bank transfer payments only.
  • Payment details are provided privately via email.
  • Payment must be received in full upfront before dispatch.
  • No credit terms are offered.


3. Dispatch & Delivery

  • Orders paid before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched same day via DPD Next Day service.
  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or external factors.


4. Returns & Damaged Goods

  • We only accept returns for faulty or damaged goods.
  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We may request photographic evidence before issuing replacements or credits.


5. Limitation of Liability

VapesB2B is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our Site or services. We are also not liable for any delays or failure to deliver caused by courier delays, force majeure, or external events beyond our control.


6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events outside our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or transport disruptions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
