3. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders placed via our website are considered offers to purchase goods and are subject to our acceptance.

4. Payment Terms

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We dispatch same-day (Monday to Friday) for orders paid before 2 PM, using DPD Next Day service.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be subject to courier delays or external factors.
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.

6. Returns & Claims

• Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged goods only.
• Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• We may request photographic evidence to process your claim.
• Approved returns will be replaced or credited at our discretion.
